3-6pm: MN voter outreach with special guest, Rev. Meg Riley!!

*PRIORITY EVENT* Minnesota Get Out The Vote Calls

Help get out the vote in Minnesota! We’re thrilled and honored to have special guest, UUA Co-Moderator Rev. Meg Riley, join us to bless this outreach! We have a list of 70,000 people in MN communities of color who can vote IF they register at the polls. We need 113 people to call for two hours to reach them with crucial voting info. Will you join us to make ALL of our voices heard this election? Anyone, from anywhere, is welcome to help us–in partnership with MinnesotaVoices–to call MN voters. We will train and support you through the ThruTalk calling process, sharing a script and all the information you need. Newbies and pros are equally welcome! You will need a computer (with Chrome browser) and a phone. Before your first shift, you might wish to read this information about how ThruTalk works, but don’t worry– we’ll walk you through it!–and it’s easier to “learn by doing” than to just study the manual.
