Walk for Peace & Justice

We invite Unitarian Universalists from across Minnesota and the Dakotas to join MUUSJA and Friends for a Nonviolent World in walking in support of people and organizations who are working toward nonviolence, peaceful conflict resolution, and equitable justice. This walk, led by Mayors Jacob Frey and Melvin Carter, will be accompanied by Indigenous singers and drummers. The walk is from Brackett Park in Minneapolis (3800 E. 28th St.) to the Lake Street Bridge. Participants are invited to join the festivities at the Danish American Center following the walk from 12:30 – 3 pm.
