As the novelist Octavia Butler wrote, “All that you touch, you Change. All that you Change Changes you.” This year, we were reminded, again and again, of the vulnerability and strength of our essential interdependency. As the year ends, we gather to celebrate, once again. To consider what we have touched, and changed, and how we are changing.
