9am- Lobby for the Future: A Climate Day at the Capitol (With Isaiah)

We’re building a multi-racial democracy that honors every person’s dignity and a caring economy where everyone can thrive. But the climate crisis threatens all of that. This year we can pass a bill to quickly move to 100% clean energy, and utilize incredible resources from the budget surplus to jumpstart a just and quick transition, investing in things like weatherized and electrified home retrofits and transit to reduce carbon emissions. We can reduce carbon emissions, clean up our air, and lower transportation and utilities cost through big climate investments right now! With the climate crisis threatening all we hold dear, It’s Time To Deliver!

9am-1pm | Meeting at Christ Lutheran Church, 105 University Ave W, St Paul, MN 55103, and then walking to the capitol together for Lobby visits
