6p – UUSC’s Virtual 80th Anniversary Celebration

Please join UUSC, the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, a worldwide force for social justice, in celebrating their 80th anniversary. MUUSJA is especially grateful to UUSC this year for supporting our Northern Region organizer and partner organizations in planning the “Being a Good Relative” series and connections with the natural world and Indigenous histories along the proposed route for the Line 3 pipeline.

This will be a celebration of hope, inspiration and of gratitude – for you and for UUSC’s partners. The evening will feature an interview with Samantha Power, Pulitzer Prize-winning author and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, and a musical performance by The Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe. We will also hear from special guests and UUSC partners from around the world.
