1. Preparation for presentation at the FUC Foundation meeting Feb. 24 was discussed. The Funding Team will prepare for the meeting. Lois H., Jo H. will represent UUAHP.

2. MUUSJA/UUAHP: UUAHP is now a "working group" of MUUSJA, in accordance with the UUAHP Steering Committee vote of 11/7/02 in which UUAHP formally joined MUUSJA. Our discussion concerned the need for further publicity of this fact to UUAHP members. We decided that posting of the minutes of the 11/7 meeting was sufficient, and that further mention will be made at the UUAHP Annual Conference.

3. UUAHP Annual Conference: The remainder of the meeting was taken up with detailed planning of the conference. Considerable time was spent editing the publicity fliers. Jo H. will correct them and distribute them on Jan. 3, via e-mail. Bob A. and Ron D. will call UUAHP congregational contacts to remind them of the Conference and the need for good attendance, and to post the fliers.
