We discussed numerous possible agenda topics for the planning meeting (Jo really wants to call it a retreat). Bob will prepare a preliminary agenda for comments by the Steering Committee.

Other Business (all):
Mary Wilson gave an update on events at Unity Church Unitarian. UUAHP and Unity members met with Community Stabilization Program organizers to discuss a project sponsored by the Opportunity Housing Investment Fund in which Unity had invested. Regarding the rental property owned by Unity, they are seeking a lessor for a five-year term who will also perform needed rehabilitation of the building.

The Steering Committee decided against involvement in the Joint Religious Legislative Council (JRLC) lobby day.

Jo Haberman discussed the fundraising committee for MUUSJA. A matching grant can be obtained if $8000 is raised from metro UU congregations.

Respectfully submitted,
Ron Dueltgen
