The UUAHP was formed in 2001 to focus the talent and resources of all the Twin Cities Unitarian Universalist Congregations on the affordable housing justice issue. Coordination of efforts has been very effective in uniting UU's, in making a larger community impact, and in raising funds to combat the lack of affordable housing in the metropolitan area.
UU fundraising efforts have yielded contributions of over $100,000, metro-wide, for affordable housing. Thanks to all of you who gave so generously!
UUAHP Funding Distributions:
· $65,000 invested in the Corporation for Supportive Housing
· $10,000 contribution to Person to Person
· $10,000 contribution to Neighbor to Neighbor
